THE Commonwealth Property Office Fund has completed its $240 million equity raising.
The equity raising will partly fund the acquisition of three A-grade Melbourne CBD office buildings, namely Media House, 655 Collins Street, Melbourne; QV Building, Lonsdale Street, Melbourne, Victoria (50% interest); and AXA Headquarters, 750 Collins Street, Melbourne.
Fund manager Charles Moore said the equity raising was oversubscribed.
