CONVEYOR belt manufacturer, Conveyer Pulleys Australia has leased a 1,623 sqm industrial facility in Carrum Downs.
CBRE’s James Jorgensen negotiated the five year lease with a five year option, at $100+ per sqm on behalf of Broussard Developments. The price included the supply and installation of cranes.
Jorgensen said the lease reflected continued demand for new industrial properties in Victoria.

“C.P.A was very keen on the area as the majority of the company’s staff come from the Mornington Peninsula, and the building suited their requirement perfectly. All that needed to be added were cranes,” he added.
Located at 11 Network Drive, the property is situated on a 2,399 sqm site and features a 1,403 sqm warehouse and 169 sqm office component.
