ASX-listed dental materials manufacturer and distributor SDI Limited has spent $17.8 million acquiring an eastern Melbourne office and warehouse complex.
SDI were looking to expand its operations off the back of significant recent growth and will be moving into the dual office and warehouse property, which has a building area of 4,750 sqm and is on 23,740 sqm of land.
The 73-75 Canterbury Road Montrose site includes highly functional clear-span warehouse with secure side and rear loading yards, along with a showroom warehouse with ground lease secured to the eastern portion of the site.
It is partially occupied by Sherwin Garden Supplies on a short-term lease with options.
Colliers agents Richard Wilkinson and Jonathan Mercuri sold the property. They were quoting $16.5 million.
