A HIGH clearance office and warehouse property at Derrimut in Melbourne’s west has sold at auction for $1.026 million.
Sutherland Farrelly’s Paul Sutherland and Grant Sutherland handled the sale of the 55 Derrimut Drive Derrimut property.
Zoned ‘Industrial 2’ under the Brimbank Planning Scheme, the 1,600 sqm site boasts a frontage to Derrimut Drive of 20 metres and is improved with a modern office and high clearance warehouse building of 1,055 sqm, including a two-storey office area of 170 sqm and 15 on site car spaces.
It was sold with a lease to Jotun Australia at a current rent of $90,659 p.a. plus GST to 31 August 2018.
“The property provides an excellent industrial, in a quality location,” Paul Sutherland said.
