The nearly 10-acre site, at 6000 Sherwood Drive in Sherwood Park, has over 8 acres of developable land. Goodman Commercial has the marketing assignment.
The campaign touts the vacant property’s potential for wide-ranging commercial, retail, residential or hospitality use. It also highlights Sherwood Park’s thriving local economy with an increasing demand for multifamily properties.
Proposed plans for the property include a commercial or industrial component with either purpose-built rentals or condominiums.
Near the Yellowhead Highway, the land is 13 km east of downtown Edmonton and 32 km northeast of Edmonton International Airport. It is across the road from Sherwood Park Mall and close to many other retail and dining options.
