ELMO Software has leased a 160 sqm fifth-floor office in Perth’s 167 St Georges Terrace, after Fifo Capital secured a space higher up in the building, fronting Brookfield Place, last week.
The tech firm will pay a commencing rental of $700 per annum gross with a market incentive on a three-year deal.
It has needed to quickly relocate from its previous address at 189 St Georges Terrace, and snapped up the space within weeks of the completion of a speculative fit-out by the landlord.
CBRE negotiated the lease.
