Global investment manager Fiera Real Estate last month promoted Gryphon Raeburn-Power to managing director on the real estate financing team, Green Street News can reveal.
Based in Toronto, he reports to Martin Saulnier, head of real estate debt. Raeburn-Power has been on the financing team for five years, joining in 2019 as an associate director and progressing to director then senior director.
Before Fiera, he worked at a boutique family office focused on real estate investments and development.
Raeburn-Power is responsible for identifying and developing Canadian real estate debt opportunities. He also helps manage Fiera’s real estate debt investment portfolio.
As of June 30, Fiera managed over $10.2bn of commercial real estate globally through a range of funds and accounts.
