FIFE Capital has purchased two industrial sites at Darra in Brisbane’s south-west, for $29.45 million.
CBRE agents Ed Bull with Cushman & Wakefield’s Corey Bott negotiated the sale of 2642-2666 Ipswich Rd via an expressions of interest campaign on behalf of the Fairfax family.
The industrial facilities cover 9,732 sqm and occupy a total site area of 23,462 sqm. It was sold with secure leases to ASX-listed subsidiaries Ensign Services and Multispares Limited.
The sale price reflected a land rate of $1,255 per sqm.
Bull said the campaign attracted more than 50 enquiries.
