GOODMAN Group has accommodated existing customer Konica Minolta's needs by transitioning the company to a new purpose built facility at North Ryde.
Konica Minolta currently occupies a combined 5,500 sqm office and warehouse facility at Link Business Park, Giffnock Avenue, Macquarie Park.
Goodman accommodated Konica Minolta’s requirement for larger office space in North Ryde by releasing them from their remaining lease term obligations and developing a purpose-built 4,700 sqm sole tenancy, four level commercial office building as well as 130 car parking spaces.
Construction of the new commercial development, at the Precinct Corporate Centre, 105 Delhi Road is scheduled for completion in September 2009.
The building is being designed to achieve a 4 star Greenstar rating and a 4.5 star National Australian Built Environmental Rating System.
