DIVERSIFIED real estate group, Greencliff has acquired a terrace with development upside at 415 Bourke St in Sydney’s inner city suburb of Surry Hills for $3.08 million.
The inner-city property, located in close proximity to Taylor Square, comprises a three-storey terrace with 185 sqm of space.
Greencliff director Marcus Chang said the site was a strategic purchase due to neighbouring property already owned by Greencliff.
Greencliff plans to rejuvenate the unique three-storey Victorian terrace.
“The property has been underutilised and lying dormant for many years and has not yet realised its full potential.
“Leveraging our international property experience as well as our local 22 year presence in Sydney’s inner city, we are planning to rejuvenate the asset in order to take advantage of its proximity to the CBD as well as lifestyle district of Surry Hills,” Chang said.
David Canelas from Steven Krulis Real Estate negotiated the sale after the property failed to sell at auction.
