The 132 Redfern Street property in Sydney’s inner-south has a two-level building on a 164 sqm site, and is positioned at the edge of Redfern’s commercial precinct and close to Redfern train station.
It is zoned B2 Local Centre, lending itself to a variety of uses.
Lindsay Sturrock of Laing+Simmons Commercial marketed the property, which was auctioned by David Scholes of Auctionworks.
