SUPPLY chain services company, Icehouse Logistics has leased further space at Erskine Park in Sydney's west, to accommodate its growing operations.

Icehouse relocated to B2, 57 Templar Rd in August 2013 and has also secured the adjacent B1, 57-75 Templar Rd.
The new site adds an additional 5,466 sqm internal warehouse.
CBRE’s Shaun Timbrell, Peter Blade and Greg Pike negotiated with lessor Dexus Property Group, securing a fresh six-year term over both tenancies, at an initial rental of $110 per sqm net.
Timbrell said Icehouse Logistics approached CBRE seeking additional space within the estate.
