A number of Investa Property Group’s residential management team are looking to retire in the near future.
Investa said in statement, following the successful integration of CPG into Investa Residential it has been agreed with a number of the original vendors of the business that they will be retiring in the coming months to pursue personal interests.
Kevin Whitehead, the New South Wales manager of residential estates will be retiring from Investa effective March 31, 2006.
Meanwhile, Stephen Murray, the national manager of housing will also leave Investa at the end of March.
Murray will be relocating to the Hunter Valley to pursue personal interests, while remaining with the residential business on a consulting basis.
On June 30, 2006, John Sidoti, the national manager of residential developments will also be retiring.
A number of senior executives from CPG remain in the housing business including the NSW, Queensland and Victorian state managers, and the national construction manager.
The remaining vendors, Rob Grant and Peter Campbell remain with Investa. Rob heads up Domaine NSW and Peter Campbell remains on the residential and group boards.
