THE long-term premises of the Santa Fe Mexican Restaurant on a prominent corner position Perth’s Subiaco has sold for $1.93 million.
Realwest Property’s Hayden Smith sold 315 Hay Street, which has frontage to Townshend Street, negotiated the sale.
Restaurants have operated from the site for some 50 years, with the current tenants serving there since 1999. The site has a 208 sqm restaurant, 76 sqm garden alfresco and 22 sqm of storage.
It is leased to Santa Fe until the end of February, 2020, bringing $121,222 per annum plus outgoings and GST, with a 4% increase at the beginning of March next year.
The property is positioned to the south of Domain Stadium site from Haydn Bunton Drive.
