Dominic Bonin has joined JLL as head of the firm’s industrial team in Montreal, Green Street News can reveal.
Bonin, who joined as a senior vice president, will lead leasing and investment sales. He reports to François Létourneau, senior vice president and managing director of the Montreal office and industrial business lines for JLL.
Most recently, Bonin was a vice president of asset management with Skyline Industrial REIT, where he led a 20-person team and oversaw a portfolio of industrial properties spanning more than 10 million sq ft across the country.
In all, he spent over eight years with the Skyline Group of Cos. Before that, he was with CBRE Canada for just over three years.
