JULLIARD Group has secured nine new leases at its office building, Illoura, located at 424 St Kilda Rd.
Since July, Juilliard Group has secured nine new leases in the sub 250 sqm tenancy category.
The Juilliard Group attributed this recent leasing success and the appeal of the smaller suites to key factors such as their value for money, a landlord ability to build tenancy fit-out, abundant car parking and the buildings prime location.
The group said combined with the completion of a building refurbishment late last year, the building continues to draw interest from prospective tenants.
An example of this was the recent take up of the balance of 1,150 sqm floor by Diversified Exhibitions Australia, who has been a tenant in the building since 1999 and first leased a 350 sqm area. Diversifiedʼs business has continued to grow and over time the group has moved between smaller suites in the buildings South Tower, eventually growing into a full floor in the North Tower which houses other 1,000 sqm tenants such as NAB.
The group is also close to announcing a new food and beverage tenant that will provide further amenity for tenants.
