PRIVATE owners have traded tenanted offices in Kingscliff on the far north coast of New South Wales for $950,000.
An investor picked up Suites 22 and 23 of Kingscliff Central at 11-13 Pearl Street at a healthy 9.2% yield.
Darren Jones of Ray White Commercial, who sold the property with colleague James Shugg, said it represented a rare opportunity to purchase fully leased serviced offices in the beachside suburb.
He said the upper floor suites have a high quality fit-out with floor-to-ceiling windows, and are occupied by multiple tenants returning a net rental of around $88,000 per annum.
