Located at 551 Burwood Hwy, Knoxfield, the former Mary Kay Cosmetics head office was sold with vacant possession.
The property comprises 892 sqm of office space and a 1,120 sqm warehouse.
JLL’s national director of industrial services Andrew O’Connell and executive of industrial services Simon Wellock sold the property to a religious organisation, which plans to use the property as an education centre.
“The property received a huge amount of enquiry over the course of the marketing campaign which I believe is attributed to the historically low interest rates together with the properties prominent corner position.” O’Connell said.
