Leyad has bought its first hospitality property: Hotel Lac Brome.
The 40-room lakeside property is 100 km east of Montreal. It has 477 ft of lake frontage, with amenities including a boutique restaurant, conference facilities and a spa.
The move is part of Leyad’s diversification strategy. The firm plans to renovate the property but retain its unique style.
“We are committed to investing in the revitalization of Hotel & Spa Lac Brome to ensure it remains a premier destination for travelers seeking comfort, tranquility, and unparalleled service,” Henry Zavriyev, founder and CEO of Leyad, said.
