A LOCAL owner occupier has purchased a vacant single-storey retail shop of 164 sqm in Melbourne’s Melton for $820,000.
The 258 High Street property has dual frontages and is on the northern side of the strip.
Selling agent Benjamin Klein of Gross Waddell said the campaign generated strong enquiry, mainly from local buyers, driven by a pipeline of strong population growth in a catchment area over a 10 to 20-year period.
