CAPITAL Corporation has bought the forme DHL building at the Sydney Airport Centre at Mascot for $29 million.
CB Richard Ellis’ Daniel O’Brien and Joshua Charles negotiated the sale of the 15 Bourke Road building along with Michael Fenton and John Macree of Jones Lang LaSalle, on behalf of ISPT.
The deal represents the latest major office transaction in South Sydney following last year’s $143 million sale of the Qantas headquarters directly opposite 15 Bourke Road.
The building is over 90% occupied, with DHL still occupying part of the building alongside high profile tenants such as Avis Australia, Tyco Electronics, Boeing and Qantas. The property offers approximately 8,853 sqm of commercial space as well as 199 basement car spaces.
