TWO adjoining strata office suites in Sydney’s south-eastern suburb of Mascot have sold together under the hammer for $935,000.
Suites 7.10 and 7.11, within the A-grade Aero 247 office building at 247 Coward Street, comprise 44sqm and 80sqm respectively, with kitchen amenities, communal bathrooms and four secure parking spaces.
The building features eight floors of commercial office space and two levels of parking, including a café and childcare facility.
JLL’s Jessica Male and Charlie McKenzie marketed vacant property, which was sold by Jesse Davidson of Auctionworks.
