PRIVATE group, DBRB Investments Pty Ltd, have secured a corner site at Maylands in Adelaide’s eastern suburbs for $3.5 million.
The sale of the 4,200 sqm site located at 255 Magill Rd Maylands was negotiated by CBRE’s Will Brown and Ben Heritage on behalf of Mulgunya Pty Ltd and Brown Falconer Services Pty Ltd.
The property was sold following a short on market campaign. The sale was the result of Brown Falconer Architects relocating to 28 Chesser St, Adelaide after 40 years at Maylands.
The property consists two converted offices of 607 sqm and 322 sqm.
Brown said DBRB Investments are seeking expressions of interest for proposed uses on the site.
