CONSTRUCTION has started on Mirvac’s $300 million luxury residential tower Voyager in Mirvac’s Yarra’s Edge precinct, within Fishermans Bend on the edge of Melbourne’s CBD.
Rising 130 metres and 43 levels, Voyager is the tallest tower within the Yarra’s Edge precinct, which been developed by Mirvac over the past 20 years and is now home to more than 3,000 residents.
Voyager will also include a 1,000 sqm retail hub.
Added infrastructure and amenity in the area will include the new Docklands Primary School and the extension of the waterfront promenade that will connect with Development Victoria’s planned cultural, recreational and community facilities, proposed to be located at the precinct’s west end.
