Montoni has inked a deal with local economic development agency Expansion Dieppe for a 2m sq ft expansion project at Dieppe Industrial Park in New Brunswick.
The property is just outside Moncton, close to Roméo LeBlanc International Airport; Highways 2, 11 and 15; and three deep-water ports. Montréal-based Montoni estimates the value of the development at $125m.
The expansion is aimed at attracting business to Dieppe. Current tenants at the 1,000-acre logistics hub include BMM Testlabs, FedEx, Groupe Touchette, J.D. Irving, Midland Transport, Purolator and UPS.
