AN office and warehouse complex at Mansfield in Brisbane’s south-east has sold for $1.79 million.
The 1,197 sqm facility on a 2,060 sqm block at 12 Devlan St Mansfield was sold to an owner-occupier by Ray White Industrial’s David Highman.
“We sold the complex to an owner occupier who’s looking to consolidate and move their business into a larger warehouse,” Highman said. “They were attracted to the Mansfield location with its excellent access to all motorways and still within 12km of the Brisbane CBD.”
