A SMALL factory warehouse at Campbellfield in Melbourne's north has been purchased by owner occupier for $380,000.
Located at Unit 3 – 30 Onslow Avenue Campbellfield, 16km north of Melbourne’s CBD, the property is one of three units and comprises 415 sqm of space.
The property was sold in a mortgagees auction conducted by Kliger Wood Real Estate in conjunction with Commercial Business Sales & Property Valuers.
Kliger Wood selling agent Lou Montalti said the property was sold for $380,000 — significantly higher than the $340,000 reserve price.
“The property offers good access to major freeways and regional roads as well as to the close by Campbellfield Plaza retail and services centre,” he concluded.
