A LOCAL business has acquired a boutique Port Melbourne industrial unit for $500,000.
Fitzroys’ Dean Alexander negotiated the off-market transaction. He said the purchaser was a local husband-and-wife team looking to use the property for office and storage purposes.
The 130sqm space at Unit 8/3 Rocklea Drive comprises a small warehouse and office mezzanine area, and is located within the 10-year old commercial development built by Buxton. It comprises four offices to the front of the development and 12 smaller warehouses to the rear.
