A GRANITE products supplier has acquired an office and warehouse property at 46 Adderley St East, Lidcombe for $3.57 million.
The 1,432 sqm property is set on 2,032 sqm of land and was sold JLL’s Marco Chiodo and David Lidgard, on behalf of Ratcliff Brake Services Pty Ltd.
“The purchaser wanted to be near major roads and identified Lidcombe as an excellent opportunity to be near M4, Parramatta Rd and the M5.
“The owner sold due wanting to relocate the business further West. The property was sold under competitive bidding at public auction,” Chiodo said.
