PRESIDA Constructions has acquired a 1.63ha industrial site in Sydney’s north-west.
The 87-91 Railway Rd Mulgrave property was sold with vacant possession by CBRE agents Greg Pike and John Micallef on behalf of Endeavour Energy.
The price was undisclosed.
The property comprises two adjoining lots, of 8,031sqm and 8,246sqm respectively, and features dual street access.
Presida intends to redevelop the site with up to 30 strata-titled, light industrial units with mezzanine office space on the site.
