A PRIME corner development site at Preston in Melbourne’s north has sold under the hammer for $2.82 million.
Sutherland Farrelly agents Paul Farrelly and Grant Sutherland handled the sale of the commercial 1-zoned 927 sqm site at 143 High St Preston.
The site was sold with multi-level development potential on a land rate of $3,042 per sqm, with current improvements comprising a two-storey building of 1,720 sqm.
