A 5.72-hectare development site in the Moreton Bay region suburb of Brendale has sold for $7.2 million.
The 181-191 South Pine Road site is zoned General Industry and is located within Brisbane’e northern industrial precinct.
The site was sold with existing approval for two-lot subdivision and features a 114-metre frontage to South Pine Road and ample on-site parking.
JLL’s Nick Bandiera sold the property to a private developer.
