TWO Keilor Park warehouses in Melbourne’s west have sold off-the-plan at record rates of circa $3,000 per sqm for the area.
Located within the Aerocorp Business Park, Units 14 and 15, Lot 1 Thomsons Road sold for $420,000 and $415,000 respectively. The clear span warehouses range between 137 sqm and 143 sqm, and both have container height roller door and two allocated car parks.
CVA’s Leo Mancino and Anthony Carbone sold the units, which are positioned close to the Calder Freeway and Western Ring Road.
