SAVILLS has bolstered its Melbourne research team with the appointment of Monica Mondkar as manager, research & consultancy.
Mondkar joins Savills from Knight Frank where she was responsible for research publications across core commercial property sectors. In her new role, she will be responsible for research in Victoria.
Mondkar brings more than 10 years of experience, having worked with leading agencies in India, the UAE and Australia including Hamptons International, Dubai Real Estate Corporation, Asteco Property Management LLC, and Walton Street Capital.
Savills’ head of research Tony Crabb said he was delighted to announce Mondkar’s appointment.
“Monica brings to Savills’ a real zest for property, some outstanding research across all areas of commercial property, which will prove invaluable to both our staff and our clients, and a charming personality.
“That Monica can hit the ground running is a bonus. With more than a decade in the business, there are few better credentialed candidates,” Crabb said.
