A MILTON office unit in Brisbane’s inner west has sold to a private security firm for $507,000.
The 164 sqm property at 1/31 Black St Milton was sold by Ray White Industrial Milton’s Sean O’Connor and Matthew Dickinson.
O’Connor said the unit had been on the market with other agencies for more than six months but Ray White Industrial Milton negotiated a sale within a week of listing.
“We received significant interest in the property and there has been a shortage of office space for sale in that area,” he added.
Dickinson said the sale price represented a rate per sqm of $3,091.
