NEW online conveyancing platform Settle Easy is now available to all Australian companies, as the company announces a partnership with Real Estate Industry Partners (REIP).
The service between 30% and 50% of the conveyancing process, while also connecting conveyancers to buyers and sellers.
“We are pleased to announce that our services are now available to all Australians, no matter which state or territory you live in or how remote the property is,” said Sam Almaliki, co-founder and CEO of Settle Easy.
The company, which is backed by Mills Oakley law firm, has been providing end-to-end settlement services at faster and more efficient rates for 18 months.
With 96% of its users reporting that they would recommend the platform to their family and friends.
“Launching nationally is an important milestone for the business, and our growth trajectory is only going to improve from here, as we continue to partner with major real estate agents, brokers and developers,” said Almaliki.
Meanwhile Settle Easy’s agreement will connect the company to REIP’s 4,000 members, including Ray White, Harcourts and Barry Plant.
“We’re thrilled to be able to partner with Settle Easy, in what will be a hugely beneficial partnership to agents and their customers,” said Sadhana Smiles, chief executive of REIP.
The agreement follows Settle Easy’s partnerships with Morton Real Estate, Hodges Real Estate, Barry Plant and RealTime Agent, allowing customers of these agencies to access the platform at a preferred supplier rate.
Settle Easy will offer a discounted fee to all frontline workers from the usual price of $1,100, reflecting the efforts of medical and emergency services personnel throughout the pandemic.
“As we battle the coronavirus crisis as a nation, we are pleased to offer a 30 per cent discount on our services to all front line workers,” concluded Almaliki.
