SINGAPORE’S largest early learning services provider MindChamps PreSchool has snapped up four childcare centres in Sydney for approximately $13 million.
The group has acquired the centres from numerous companies associated with Ms Thi Nho Pham.
The four centres operate as Cherry Bridge Station, and they are located in:
- 3 Chaplin Drive in Lane Cove for $4,147,000;
- Lot 19, Hollows Parade in Ropes Crossing for $3,653,000;
- 16-19 Lambridge Place in Penrith for $3,282,500; and
- 265A Fifteenth Avenue in West Hoxton for $1,852,500.
Upon completion, the acquisition will boost MindChamps’ portfolio in Australia to 10 assets, including eight childcare and two reading and writing centres.
MindChamps is the largest provider of preschools in Singapore with a 38.5% market share. It is looking to grow its global presence by expanding into Australia.
