The mixed-use site at 8-12 Centenary Road comprises an 881sqm industrial building and was sold with two overhead gentry cranes and large concrete hardstand and parking.
It features a 40 metre-plus frontage with exposure to the M1, allowing for easy access to the Pacific Motorway, Logan Motorway and Gateway Motorway.
Kerry Armstrong and Bruce Webster of LJ Hooker Commercial Brisbane sold the property.
