CVA’s Craig McKellar and Stan Dawidowski leased the corner property at 1716-1718 Sydney Road on a five-year deal with three further terms of five years at $100,000 per annum, at $133.33 per sqm.
The property has a roller door and loading area, and parking for up to 19 vehicles.
