A 36 sqm office suite in the Sydney CBD’s SFV House building on Barrack Street has sold under the hammer for $902,000, at $25,055 per sqm.
Noonan Property’s Tim Noonan and Jonathon Bull marketed the level four property within 2 Barrack Street, which was auctioned by Jesse Davidson of Auctionworks.
The offering included two parking spaces.
It follows the sale last month of the vacant Suite 10 of 204 sqm on level one of the building for $3.01 million, also marketed by Noonan and Bull.
The landmark SFV House was built in 1892 in the Victorian Free Classical style, and is located in the city’s west end, between Clarence and York Streets.
