SUNLAND Group's apartment project in the University Hill precinct in Bundoora has sold 50% of units in the first stage just five days after it was launched.
The first release of ‘The Heritage’ development, the ‘Coulstock House’ release, sold six of its 12 apartments over the weekend.
Located in the burgeoning University Hill precinct in Bundoora and next to Sunland’s highly successful ‘Chancellor’ residential estate, The Heritage will be a transformation of four existing heritage-listed buildings into 42 stylish apartments.
The Heritage are priced from approximately $325,000 and offer both one and two bedrooms.
Sunland Group development executive of land and housing Victoria, Chris Betts, said as land sales at Chancellor remain strong and demand for living options, the Heritage is a brilliant initiative by the developer to provide a range of living options to buyers in Melbourne’s north.
“This is a once in a lifetime opportunity especially in the heart of Bundoora and with the proven interest following the weekend launch, people should not waste time and register their interest, as this opportunity is limited.
“This apartment development offers buyers a truly unique lifestyle opportunity, situated behind the well established amenity of University Hill and just 18kms from Melbourne’s city,” Betts concluded.
