A 2,002sqm site in the Sunshine Coast’s industrial hub of Kunda Park has sold under the hammer for $1.55 million.
Nick Dowling and Ben Flower of Colliers International sold the 9 Kerryl St property.
The property comprises a 1,222sqm building including 1,138sqm of warehouse and showroom space with an 84sqm mezzanine area featuring private and larger-open plan office space, six high clearance roller doors and glass door access to reception; as well as 18 on-site car parks.
Dowling said there were several conditional offers were received prior to auction and five registered bidders on the day, with an investor ultimately winning out.
The site was sold with a lease to national manufacturers and importers Alltone Shutters & Blinds ending in January 2019 with two three-year options, returning $120,000 per annum plus GST.
Alltone has tenanted the property since its construction in 2006.
The property is located within an industrial estate comprising modern tilt panel warehouses and industrial units, close to Maroochydore Road and the Sunshine Motorway.
