CAFE and homewares retailer The Greenery Store and Larder will open up in Williamstown after leasing a 230sqm space in its prime Ferguson Street precinct.
Allard Shelton’s Brendan Goodwin negotiated the long 10×10-year lease at $110,000 per annum plus GST.
Goodwin said The Greenery would pair well with nearby eateries such as The Hellenic Hotel, Crowded House Café and Mez Mez, whilst its retail component will complement the shopping offerings including Poppi Williams, Bloom & Co Witchery, Oxford and Decjuba.
The Greenery is run by Belinda and Mark Stapleton, who have ran their own businesses for 13 years, including Sydney CBD wine bar One Alfred Street and Spicers Vineyards Estate and Restaurant Botanica in the Hunter Valley.
