A VACANT 272 sqm New York warehouse-style office suite within the heritage Reynell Terraces in The Rocks has sold under the hammer for $4.25 million.
Tom Noonan and Adam Droubi of Noonan Property marketed Suite 2, 185 Gloucester Street.
The suite features high ceilings, large windows, polished concrete floors and a high-quality fit-out, and was offered with two car parks.
The heritage four-level Reynell Terraces building is on the edge of Sydney Cove and comprises commercial, retail and residential space within the redeveloped former Walter Reynell & Sons wine-making building.
Originally constructed in 1913, works on the Reynell Terraces were completed in 2011. It adjoins the 30-level Stamford Residences apartment tower.
