ASX-listed Industria REIT has secured Toshiba Australia to a facility at Brisbane Technology Park.
Toshiba has leased 1,525 sqm at 7 Clunies Ross Court, signing a six-year lease commencing in December 2015.
The property comprises two buildings of office accommodation which have a combined net lettable area of 8,937 sqm. The Toshiba lease will increase the occupancy rate to 100% with a WALE by area of 7.9 years. Major tenants include Interactive, Toshiba and BTP Services.
“We are delighted to welcome Toshiba to the Brisbane Technology Park. Toshiba is a world-leading diversified manufacturer, solutions provider and marketer of advanced electronic and electrical products and systems,” fund manager Laurence Parisi said.
