A 0.42-hectare industrial site in the Townsville suburb of Garbutt has sold for $1.05 million.
The vacant property, at 7-8 Brice Court, was sold by Todd Walsh of Colliers International.
It comprises a 637sqm workshop area, a fully partitioned office block of 344sqm, 3.2-tonne overhead crane and on-site parking.
