A MORNINGSIDE warehouse/office in Brisbane’s east has been sold to an air-conditioning business for $1.05 million.
The 529 sqm building at 1/505 Lytton Rd Morningside was sold off-market to Tri-Tech Air by Ray White Commercial TradeCoast’s Jared Doyle on behalf of private owners.
“This property was never listed online and it was just a matter of the offering and the location with great exposure being ideal for Tri Tech Air. Tri-Tech had been looking for larger premises on the east side and are moving to Morningside from Coorparoo,” he said.
