FAMOUS Melbourne patisserie Lune Croissanterie has secured a new location in the Sydney CBD’s new Martin Place tower.
Lune Croissanterie is coming to Sydney in 2024 with its second premium outlet announced for 1 Elizabeth in Martin Place as part of the Sydney Metro Martin Place integrated station precinct, following the new flagship store in Darlinghurst.
Michael Tuck and Jo Windybank from Colliers secured the patisserie a 100sqm space, with Lune becoming an anchor tenant for the development.
“This exciting deal marks a significant milestone for both Lune Croissanterie and the Martin Place metro development. With its prime position and diverse retail offerings, 1 Elizabeth is set to become a vibrant destination for the best-in-class retailers, and Lune Croissanterie is leading the way,” said Tuck.
“This prime location, with its activated street frontages and high foot traffic, is the perfect setting for Lune Croissanterie’s venue. We are proud to have played a part in bringing this iconic brand to the heart of the CBD.”
The Sydney Metro Martin Place integrated station precinct is being delivered by Macquarie Group, which will be comprised of diverse retail and dining offerings, including restaurants, espresso bars, fashion and retail stores.

Lune Croissanterie was founded in 2012 and has since claimed the title of World’s best croissant” by New York Times food critic Olivier Strand.
