Broccolini has sold two industrial buildings in Cornwall, Ont., for $246.4m, RENX reported.
Michelin bought the 980,000 sq ft facility, at the intersection of Industrial Park Drive and 10th Street East. The tire brand had worked with the developer since 2022 on the construction of the property.
Fasken represented Broccolini, while Colliers represented Michelin, according to Broccolini’s LinkedIn post.
The facility, which is Michelin’s flagship Canadian distribution centre, comprises two 36 ft clear-height buildings, one spanning 325,000 sq ft and the other 655,000 sq ft. Combined, there are 73 loading docks and three drive-in doors.
In the Cornwall Business Park, the property is close to Highway 401 and a CN freight line. The U.S. border is 5 km away via the Seaway International Bridge.
Kirkland, Qué.-based Broccolini continues to own 17 acres available for development at 1500 Industrial Park Drive.
