Broccolini has named Toni Wodzicki as vice president of acquisitions and investments, Green Street News can reveal.
The new position, based in Toronto, was created following the Kirkland, Qué.-based firm’s growth in the Ontario market.

Wodzicki, who had been Broccolini’s director of real estate development since 2021, started in the new role on Dec. 16. He reports to James Beach, executive vice president of real estate, and Michael Broccolini, chief investment officer.
In the new position, Wodzicki’s key objectives include facilitating the growth of Broccolini’s industrial investments in Ontario. He’s also responsible for the successful execution and delivery of the firm’s existing development pipeline in the province.
Before joining the firm, Wodzicki worked at Avison Young as a principal and vice president.
